Total replies as EmailBison counts them, with out of office and auto-responders included. Both of us can check that number in the same dashboard.
The 200,000 emails are committed. The 2% is the target. The reply figure is those two multiplied, so it moves with the rate.
One domain carries 25 inboxes. Each inbox safely sends 5 cold emails a day. So one domain is 125 emails a day, and volume is a quantity of domains.
Warmup takes 14 days before a domain can carry cold volume, and that window cannot be compressed. It is why sending starts in week 4 rather than week 1.
Phase 1 is work emails only. Personal inboxes are a different deliverability problem and they wait. Copy stays yours and unchanged, so the test measures one thing.
| Week 1 | Sample verified. Domains registered, DNS and authentication configured, mailboxes created. Data segmented, copy loaded, tracking agreed with Agash. |
|---|---|
| Weeks 2 to 3 | Warmup across the full pool. No cold sending. |
| Week 4 | Sending starts and ramps toward 3,600 a day. First inbox placement test. |
| Week 5 | Checkpoint at roughly 30,000 sent. 30,000 sends is enough to know whether 2% holds. |
| Weeks 5 to 11 | Held at rate to 200,000. Burnt domains rotated out, replies handled, trial data reconciled weekly. |
